        Survival Plan Activity: Students chose four items to bring with them from a sunken ship and had to make a plan using our grammar for how to survive a desert island.

      New Unit Introduction: To introduce our new unit, we listened to a short clip of music from each of the following genres: Classical, Techno, Folk, Pop, Rock, Rock N Roll

      Notebooks: In our notebooks we wrote down our favorite music artisits and why we like them.

      Build a Band: In small groups students came up with ideas and an album cover for a band. It included:

    • How long will your tour be? (Months)
    • Where are you going to perform? (Cities)
    • What instrument are each of you going to play?
