Merry Christmas!

Today we celebrated the season by creating stories, having a „snowball“ fight (the students had to answer the Christmas-related questions that were on every snowball), watching the original 1966 „How the Grinch Stole Christmas“, and playing a game with questions based on the movie.

Portfolio: Spelling dictation. I began to spell a word, letter by letter. When students thought they knew the word, they raised their hands and guessed. Words: Prize, comedy, interesting, history
Today, students took a test that covered the material from the Starter Unit, Unit 1, and Unit 2. After the test, we practiced the past tense using a matching game, told stories with StoryCubes, and asked and answered questions with „Let’s Talk!“ dice.
