Activity: Watched a video on Bucket Lists, used the new grammar to make our own bucket lists, using ‚yet‘
SB 108: Did listening activity, then did karaoke together.
WB 108: Did activities 1,2 and 4. Introduced rhyming and phonetic sounds.
Games: Played bomba with rhyming words, did rhyming riddles, and a rhyming bamboozle.

Portfolio: We watched a video from Pirates of the Caribbean, made sentences using our new vocabulary.
New Grammar: Introduced new grammar, yet/already with a review of present perfect. Did activities 1 and 2 in the book. Made sentences on the board.
Workbook: Reviewed the grammar in the workbook page 107, activity 1 and 2.
Vocabulary Activity: We watched videos on worlds most expensive yachts and have conversations using the new vocab, as well as using ‚I will‘ and ‚I would.‘
Game: Played Mafia with mixed class!

New unit!
Portfolio: word roundup, watched this video to introduce new unit and see what words the students know : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naQr0uTrH
SB: started with page 106 introducing the new words. Went through each word with a video and spelling practice. Then went through with vocab cards.
Game: played https://wordwall.net/resource/745083/super-minds-5-unit-9-vocabulary and tried to beat the other classes in the race.
Drawing activity: Used the random word generator with ocean/ship/etc specific words, did the timed drawing activity.

Test makeup day and review
Students who missed the test last week had opportunity to take it while the other students did review games and work. We did small review before the test for missing students, which included a Sports Fails YouTube video where we practiced what if situations- also a bamboozle to review job vocabulary. After the test we played games/went outside, and lightly prepared for our upcoming, last unit.

Portfolio: What if situations, used video from YouTube with wild animals invading public spaces and wrote ‚what if‘ situations using the grammar for the test.
Review: We reviewed for the test, did activities from the book and played baamboozle.
Test: took unit 8 test, students did super well!

SB story: Page 98 and 99 – In pairs we listened too the story and did activities 1-4. From activity 4 we did more riddles with the class.
Activity: Job bingos, we did played bingo with new job words and the old ones from the unit vocabulary. Students won points in ClassDojo.
Game: Today since we had mixed classes, we played Mafia with the whole class.

New Grammar: Introduced ‚If‘ clauses. Did page 95 in the SB. Activity 1 and 2, as well as the video.
Grammar Unscramble: Created sentences using the new grammar.
Jobs Matching: Played matching game at the board.
WB: Grammar practice on page 95.
Jobs bingo: introduced new jobs and used them for bingo!

Introduced new unit: New vocabulary, went over jobs, robots, and the future

Activity: Design a robot, drawing and writing activity. Students drew their own robots and presented them to the class.
