• OUR UNIT 1 TEST WILL BE ON THURSDAY OCTOBER 25th.
  
  Intro: We began class with a game of Scattegories to warm up.
  
  While Practice: Students would come to the front and act out actions at the same time for 10 seconds. When they finished the rest of the class would make a sentence.
  
  Example: While Tim was sleeping, Sara was flying a plane.
  
  Notebooks: In our notebooks we looked at two pictures and wrote sentences using While to describe what we saw.
  
  Example: While Spiderman was swinging, Cinderella was cleaning her house.
  
  Unit 1 Vocab Words: We practiced our new Unit 1 Vocabulary: smoke, volcano, temple, theatre, statue, vase, fountain, servant, columns, and horse and cart.
  
  Example: While John was reading a book, his sister was watching TV.
  
  Students Book: We worked through Page 14 and 15 in the Yellow Book.
  
  Unit Story Act Out: We practiced our lines and acted out our Unit Story in two groups.
