Homework: AB55/1-3
Extra credit: Students can bring in a recipe in English to share with the class. Be sure it includes the ingredients, the steps for how to make it, and a photo or drawing of the meal. See PB57/3 for an example. This is an optional assignment for fun.
Summary: We continued our unit focused on the senses (sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste). We discussed our favorite and least favorite things to smell, taste, hear, feel and see.
Pizza: Students designed their own pizza with their favourite ingredients. This was a fun way to practice our new vocabulary (dough, thick crust or thin crust, oven, herbs like basil, thyme, and rosemary, etc)
