Grammar: stupňování přídavných jmen – COMPARATIVE a SUPERLATIVE (2. a 3. stupeň)
jednoslabičná přídavná jména:
2. stupeň příponou – er + „than“ (než);
3. stupeň člen „the“ a příponou -est
např. tall – taller – the tallest, small – smaller – the smallest, cheap – cheaper – the cheapest
Pozor na psaní: happy – happier – the happiest, big – bigger – the biggest
víceslabičná přídavná jména:
2. stupeň pomocí slova „more„;
3. stupeň pomocí slov „the most„
např. beautiful – more beautiful – the most beautiful, expensive – more expensive – the most expensive
Nepravidelné stupňování: good – better – the best; bad – worse – the worst
Unit 6 vocabulary: wing, horn, back, scales, neck, tail, feathers, tongue; whiskers, claws, fur
