A, Flashcards – Food and containers – pomocí doprovodných kartiček jsme si ukázali různá jídla a nádoby, dětem se řekla věta, která byla buď pravdivého, nebo lživého charakteru, a ony rozhodovaly pomocí palců, zda je výrok adekvátní (např. There’s a bottle of spaghetti/bowl of coffee)
B, Dětem se vysvětlilo užití fráze “Can you…?”(např. Can you give this to …? Can you put your pencil case on the floor?)
C, Game – Frogs on a log – děti se postavily do řady, na tabuli se zapsala slova „ability” a „want someone to do something”, přečetla se věta a děti určovaly, jaká varianta je správná (např. Can you swim? Can you open your books, please?)

A, Flashcards – Weather – pomocí doprovodných kartiček jsme si ukázaly typy počasí a jejich anglické znění (windy, snowing, raining, sunny, cloudy, wet, rainbow); následně jsme si rozdali tyto slovíčka napsané na lístečku, dle snímku na prezentaci (sn. 1-13) děti ukazovaly, o jaký typ se jedná
B, Past simple of “to be” – dětem se vysvětlilo použití slovesa být v minulém a přítomném čase v závislosti na typu gramatické osoby (např. Today it is rainy. Yesterday it was sunny), prezentace (sn. 14-35)
C, Game – Frogs on a log – děti se postavily do řady, na tabuli se zapsala slova „was” a „were”, přečetla se věta a děti určovaly, jaká gramatická verze dle věty je vhodná (sn. 30-35)
D, Game – Hot Potato – děti si sedly do kruhu, pouštěla se muzika, a když se zastavila, dětem se zadala gramatická osoba a k ní bylo nutné přiřadit správnou verzi slovesa být v minulém čase
